NEAPOLITAN (STYLE)

SOURDOUGH PIZZA

We make our sourdough crust daily, using local grain from Lindley Mills in Graham, NC.  It takes 48 hours, start to finish.  All pies are 10-12", serving 1-2 people.  We call it Personal Plus.  Our toppings are sourced locally as well, from our partners at Hedge Family Farms, Goodnight Brothers, 4440 Ranch & Cattle Company, Catawba Mushroom Partners and Happy Valley Farms.  The pizzas are then fired at 750 degrees in our hand-built, wood-fired brick oven.  We have 8 gourmet combinations and several rotating seasonal pies or you can always build your own.  Come taste the difference!
